3. Donation Transparency and Legal Compliance

  • All donations are processed in accordance with Idaho State campaign finance requirements.

  • Contributions of $1,000 or more must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Donor information may be submitted to the Idaho Secretary of State’s Campaign Finance Portal as public record, as required by law.

  • Message Frequency & Cost: Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

  • User Opt-Out: To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” to any campaign text. You may also text “HELP” for assistance. After opting out, you may receive one final confirmation message.

  • Support: For help, reply “HELP” to a campaign message or email us at info@debbieloffman.com.

  • MMS Disclosure: If your device does not support MMS, we may send SMS instead.

  • Carrier Liability: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Consent: Consent to receive text messages is not required to donate, volunteer, or participate in the campaign.

We will never sell or share your mobile number for third-party marketing purposes.
