About Debbie Loffman

Debbie Loffman built her career protecting families and strengthening neighborhoods, first by founding a tenant-screening company that grew across multiple states, and for the past 20 years running an award-winning property management business. She knows how to balance budgets, solve problems, and keep communities safe and strong.

In 2019, Debbie and her husband followed their daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren to Coeur d’Alene. Having family here gives her a personal stake in the city’s future, and it’s why she is determined to protect what makes Coeur d’Alene so special. Beyond her professional work, Debbie founded Grandmas to the Rescue, a ministry that supports struggling young moms with encouragement, practical help, and care.

Now, Debbie is running for mayor because she believes Coeur d’Alene deserves leadership that keeps the city safe, beautiful, and affordable. She is committed to ensuring families can live here, seniors can stay here, and growth happens responsibly so the community’s unique charm is preserved. Debbie has spent her life building and caring for communities, and she is ready to do the same for Coeur d’Alene.
